We got some of these donated at a soup kitchen yesterday. We all thought they were squash until someone broke off one of the fingers on a particularly offensive one while joking around. (ok it was me) I had some other aromatics: basil, fennel bulb, etc… So I chopped it all up, cooked it down a little, and added it to some salmon and rice. It was very good… Not quite a lemon but very lemon like.
