    Happy Happy Halloween!
    Halloween! Halloween!
    Happy Happy Halloween,
    Silver Shamrock!

    { of course, this won’t make a lick of sense to those that haven’t seen Halloween III }

    Take a lesson from this poor pumpkin:
    Don’t Drink TOO Much This Halloween

    In the spirit of Halloween {the best holiday around},
    here are some ghoulish versions of Hanttula.com:
    Blurry Hanttula!
    Rippled Hanttula!
    Ransom-note Hanttula!
    Reversed Hanttula!

    Happy 500th Hanttula.com.
    Thank you for visiting & thank you to the hard-working Hanttula.com authors D.Ball & Gish.

    Look at me, I can be a Racing Banana! {or other fruit}
    Play the Fast Froots racing game for afternoon fun.
    { the site is in German, but just click “enter” then “play” and you should be able to figure it out. }

    If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, you may want some pumpkin carving ideas ~or~ you can help members of Weezer to fight sumo wrestlers.

    Want to give better gifts in the coming holiday season? Have a gander at the ProteinOS store… it’s like a modern art museum’s store, but closer to your computer.

    G.I. Joe Safety P.S.A.’s updated for modern concerns.
    { “Who wants a body massage? … Mr. Body Massage Machine, DOH!” }

    Since no trick-or-treaters come to my building, I’ll have to make due with:
    THE CANDY TOSS
    { a Flash game from HyperQuake }

    Hanttula-fav “Looper” has a “Make A Looper Song” feature on their website. It’s simple, but fun to play with & you can pretend you’re the coolest thing in rock history.
    {requires Flash}

    Having just picked up a 10′ longboard {thanks to my nice friend Jim of Curve12}, I suddenly realize that folding surfboards should be much more popular. The Bisect seems to be a such a board. {Just excuse the rather poor website.}

    Of course, I’m still waiting for somebody to gift me an Uliboard inflatable surfboard

    … or I could “be a fish” — a SpyFish, that is.

    9:37 am | Mike Hanttula writes:

    Speaking of the future, imagine a world where we can all have aerogel: the world’s lightest solid, super-tough & virtually weightless. It’s been around since the 1930’s, yet I still don’t have access to it. Just imagine the possibilities.

    Normally this would get a MATURE CONTENT WARNING!

    But it’s Halloween so a little of the ultra-violence is to be expected. And if like me, you found “The Skullkid” to be a bit ho-hum… Then take a stab at “Chainsaw the Children!”
