Another one of my favorite movies at this year’s Sundance Film Festival - "The Aristocrats" - opened this weekend in New York and L.A. It is filthy with a capital "F". Foul. Gross. Profane. Obscene. And funny as **** And it’s all just words. The film consists of stand-up comics looking straight at the camera - and talking. With this link you will see a full listing of the topics that are "riffed" upon. A catalogue of scatalogue, if you will. So be forewarned - this is the very definition of a MATURE CONTENT WARNING!

Nothing about me rocks. But, my taste in that which does rock is impeccable. Thus, you shall take my word as law when I say you must listen to The High Speed Scene {that’s their website } then you shall buy their album { it’s the best $10 you’ll ever spend at Amazon } { if you’re still hesitant, you can even preview songs from their album on their website }

A lovely way, I find, to track what’s "kewl" (as even the kids no longer say) in the world of fashion, check out "Preshrunk" - a T-Shirt blogger’s dream.

Fair warning - you have to accept a security certificate to view the following Big Ad. But the momentary amusement was worth it to me.

If you, like me, grew up reading Tintin comic books by Herge, you will enjoy the artistic stylings of Jonny Crossbones.
